How do I place an order?

All custom orders must start with a submitted order request form. These forms can be found by following the "Order Cookies" link above.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Weddings and corporate orders can be booked up to a year in advance.

 

For parties and showers, the request form will open approximately 4-6 weeks in advance for each month, one month at a time.

You can check the status of availability by clicking on the form link and/or join the email list to get notified when future availability opens up for showers, parties, etc.

 

Chonkies are available to pre-order one month in advance, one month at a time. (Click on the form link for availability updates)

If available, orders that are placed less than two weeks before the requested date will be charged a 20% rush fee.

Can you ship or deliver your cookies?

Deliveries are only offered for corporate events and weddings. An additional delivery fee will be added to your quote if you choose to have your cookies delivered to your event. Cookies cannot be shipped.

Where do I pick up my order?

The pick up location is within the 32828 zip code. A physical pick up address will be included in your invoice once you approve the quote for your order.

When are payments due?

Orders under $200: Once your invoice is sent to you, the entire balance must be paid within 48 hours to confirm your order. If the balance is not paid within this time frame, your date could be forfeited to the next client in line.

Orders over $200: Once your invoice is sent to you, 50% of the total invoice must be paid within 48 hours. If this deposit does not get paid within this time frame, your date could be forfeited to the next client in line. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to your order due date.

How do I pay for my order?

Cash, credit cards, and PayPal transactions are all accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel an order, you can do so up to 2 weeks prior to your order date. A cancellation fee (25% of the entire quote) will be kept. Refunds will not be given less than 2 weeks before the due date of the order.

How long do your cookies stay fresh?

All cookies are individually heat sealed in bags. This keeps the cookies fresh for about 2-3 weeks.

 

Cookies can be frozen in their bags and thawed at a later time if needed. (We recommend freezing leftover cookies no later than one week after pick up to maintain the best quality.) If you plan to freeze your cookies, place the sealed cookie bags into a freezer storage bag or airtight container, then put in your freezer. When thawing, it is important to leave the sealed cookie bags in the freezer storage bag/container until fully thawed to avoid any color bleeding. Do not open the freezer storage bag or container until all of the cookies are completely thawed.

Do you have nut-free/gluten-free/vegan cookie options?

Unfortunately, at this time these options are not available.

What are the ingredients in your cookies?

Frosted sugar cookies include the following ingredients: All-purpose flour, sugar, butter, eggs, meringue powder, light corn syrup, glycerin, alcohol, vanilla and almond extracts, natural and artificial flavors.
Cookies contain wheat, eggs, milk, and tree nuts.
Please keep in mind these cookies are made on equipment that have processed nuts, soy, and other common allergens.
